MEET THE DOCTOR
BEHIND YOUR RECOVERY
Dr. Gregory T Jacobs

Founder & Physical Therapist
I’m a performance-based physical therapist with a deep passion for sports and weightlifting, helping athletes recover from injury, move better, and return to their training through progressive, individualized rehab.
I graduated from Wheeling University with my Doctor of Physical Therapy and completed my undergraduate studies at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
With over 10 years of competitive experience in soccer, baseball, and powerlifting, I understand what it truly takes to compete at a high level. In 2018, I personally worked through a disc herniation and returned to full training through a structured, progressive rehab process. That experience strongly shapes how I treat my athletes today and allows me to approach care with both clinical precision and real empathy.
My treatment style focuses on movement optimization through biomechanical analysis. I am highly knowledgeable in sport performance and advanced weightlifting techniques, and I reject passive, one-size-fits-all treatments in favor of improving movement quality, motor control, and long-term resilience.
