OUR STORY AND OUR
COMMITMENT TO YOU

The idea for Arsenal Performance & Rehabilitation was forged throughout our time in physical therapy school. While completing clinical rotations, Justin and Greg consistently shared a frustration: patients weren't receiving the quality, hands-on care they deserved in traditional PT clinics.

We spent countless hours on the phone, following each other's experiences, and voicing our concerns about a medical field that often prioritized volume over patient well-being. We realized that true healing and high-level performance required a different model—one built on genuine partnership, uninterrupted one-on-one treatment, and a deep understanding of the athlete's mindset. That vision—to build a practice where quality and performance are never compromised—became Arsenal.

BUILT BY ATHLETES,
FOR ATHLETES
OUR DEFINITION OF AN ATHLETE:
“Anyone who makes exercising a priority in their life, not just the elite."
AUTHENTICITY

Our clinicians are accomplished in their respective sports and understand the dedication it takes to train hard. We treat your injury with the same focus and intensity you apply to your workouts because we live that life, too.
PARTNERSHIP

You deserve undivided attention. You will work exclusively with a Doctor of Physical Therapy for every session. This means no assistants, no double-booking, and no wasted time. We are your dedicated partner in every step of your comeback.
RESILIENCE

Our goal is not just to resolve your pain—it's to elevate your performance. We don't just treat the injury; we integrate functional strength and movement coaching so you return to your sport or routine stronger and more resistant than you were before.
EFFICIENCY

We know you want to get back to your sport or workout, not spend months in a clinic. We utilize modern, focused, and evidence-based methods designed for rapid, effective results, giving you the freedom to complete your recovery on your schedule.
MEET THE DOCTOR
BEHIND YOUR RECOVERY

Dr. Gregory T Jacobs
Founder & Physical Therapist
I’m a performance-based physical therapist with a deep passion for sports and weightlifting, helping athletes recover from injury, move better, and return to their training through progressive, individualized rehab.
I graduated from Wheeling University with my Doctor of Physical Therapy and completed my undergraduate studies at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
With over 10 years of competitive experience in soccer, baseball, and powerlifting, I understand what it truly takes to compete at a high level. In 2018, I personally worked through a disc herniation and returned to full training through a structured, progressive rehab process. That experience strongly shapes how I treat my athletes today and allows me to approach care with both clinical precision and real empathy.
My treatment style focuses on movement optimization through biomechanical analysis. I am highly knowledgeable in sport performance and advanced weightlifting techniques, and I reject passive, one-size-fits-all treatments in favor of improving movement quality, motor control, and long-term resilience.
