DON'T JUST RECOVER: RETURN STRONGER THAN BEFORE
Your hands and arms are your primary tools for sport—whether you’re bothered at work, gripping a barbell, throwing a 90mph fastball, or sticking a landing in gymnastics. At Arsenal Performance & Rehabilitation, we know that elbow, wrist, and hand pain are often treated with passive rest and ice. We take a different approach: we overhaul the mechanics and tissue capacity of the limb to ensure you don't just feel better, but perform better.

WHY STANDARD REHAB FALLS SHORT
Most clinics treat elbow or wrist pain with heat packs, ultrasound, or basic "stress ball" squeezes. This passive approach fails the athlete because it addresses the symptoms without preparing the tissue for the high-velocity, load demands of your activity or sport.
Treating a golfer’s elbow or a wrist sprain requires more than just reducing inflammation; it requires restoring the structural integrity of the tendons and ligaments so they can handle torque, impact, and repetitive strain once you're back to doing what you love.

COMMON ARM

THE ARSENAL METHOD
FOR ELBOW WRIST REHAB
Mechanical Reset:
We use advanced manual therapy—including Dry Needling, Joint Mobilization, and IASTM (Scraping)—to immediately reduce pain and restore "lost" tissue glide in the forearm and hand. This resets the nervous system and creates an immediate window for better movement.
Dynamic Stabilization:
We move beyond basic exercises. We train the forearm pronators and wrist flexors to provide dynamic stability to the medial elbow and joint capsules, effectively "shielding" the ligaments during high-stress movements
Loading For Resilience:
Tendons thrive on load. We progressively load your grip and forearm using specialized carries, isometric holds, and activity-specific implements to ensure your connective tissues are thick, durable, and ready for activity.
Performance Optimization
We analyze your sport-specific mechanics—whether it's your front rack position, your golf grip, or your throwing follow-through—to optimize your efficiency and ensure you aren't overloading the joint.
